How do you ensure the freshness of my produce?
We source our products daily from local farmers and use temperature-controlled packaging and delivery vehicles to ensure your items arrive as fresh as the moment they were harvested.
What is your delivery radius and schedule?
Morning Market currently delivers within a 25-mile radius of our distribution centers. We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 AM and next-day delivery for all other orders.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we will either provide a high-quality substitution of equal or greater value or issue an immediate refund to your original payment method, depending on your account preferences.
Do you offer organic or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated section for certified organic produce and a wide variety of gluten-free pantry staples. You can use our site filters to browse by dietary requirements.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or does not meet your quality expectations, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard delivery. For orders under $50, a flat-rate delivery fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
